My name is Cheikh Ndiaye, and I am the Transfer Advisor for Student Support Services (SSS) Regular and STEM students. I am from New York City and attended the University of Pikeville in Kentucky. There, I played Men’s Basketball and was an involved student as a Resident Assistant, Student Ambassador, Orientation Leader, and a member of the SSS Program. I graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s in social work, which has helped me better understand evidence-based ways to support and impact people.
In my career, I have worked as an SSS Advisor at the University of Pikeville and as a Clinical Social Work Intern at the University of Nevada, Reno. These roles have allowed me to discover my passion for supporting and empowering college students to maximize their potential. At ΢ÃÜȦ, I aim to serve holistically and embrace the value and beauty of every interaction!
In my free time, I enjoy playing basketball, hiking, watching sports and movies, and experiencing new adventures.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. I am only a phone call, email, or office visit away! GO, ANCHORMAN!
